Shipping

We currently ship only in Switzerland. Delivery costs will vary depending on the service selected. When you're placing your order, the available delivery options for your destination will be displayed at checkout.

Post Pac Economy: 7 CHF
Delivery in two working days, from Monday to Friday.

Post Pac Priority: 9 CHF
Next working day delivery, Monday to Friday, delivery on Saturday is also possible.

Swiss-Express: 18 CHF
Next day delivery by 9am.

We also have the free option to Pick Up in our store. We will let you know via email when your order is ready. The delivery options for your destination are displayed at checkout.

Returns

Returns of accessories, fragrances, and intimate apparel will not be accepted. Items on sale are not eligible for any refunds or exchanges.

Shop credit will be issued as a form of a coupon which can be only applied once during the valid dates and cannot be refunded after application. In case of expiration, the coupon will be considered invalid and cannot be reactivated.

To proceed to exchange, items must be in their original condition with no damage, a sign of usage or washing, and they must be sent back in the original parcel box with no missing elements, including, but not limited to original packaging, dust bag, spare shoelaces, price tags, brand labels, etc. Failure to do so will result in the refusal of the parcel and the return being shipped back to the customer.

The customer has the right to exchange the items purchased within 14 calendar days of delivery of these items, without being obliged to pay a fine or state any reasons. However, the customer should inform us by email before dispatching the return on his/her own. Our customer service will try to reply to and confirm the request as soon as possible. After our confirmation of exchange, the package(s) are expected to be sent to us within 7 calendar days after the confirmation date.

Items returned without our confirmation will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense. Any requests or returns falling outside of the above time frame will not be accepted. The customer will be informed of this by email.

Items are returned at the customer’s own risk and expense. The Vendor can therefore not be held liable for refunds for items that have been lost, stolen, or damaged. It is up to the customer to prove that the relevant package was sent back to us. If the package is returned in a damaged condition, the Vendor must immediately send an email to the customer in order to ensure that it is not held liable for this.

Faq

Once you choose your shopping, checkout is easy and secure. You can always view the items you have added to your cart by clicking the "Shopping Bag" button on the top right of any page. You may also checkout by clicking on the "checkout" hyperlink located on any item detail page. Once you are viewing the contents of your shopping bag, you may adjust quantities by changing the number to the right of items, and then by clicking "update bag" after all quantity adjustments have been made.

How do I checkout?
Once you are ready to checkout with the items in your cart, click on the checkout button.
If you have already registered with us, simply sign in using your email address and the password you created for the account. If you do not have an account, simply follow the simple steps to create an account and continue through the checkout process.

Based on our contracts and relationships with our vendors, the merchandise sold on our site is intended for personal use only, not for resale. We reserve the right to cancel orders that appear to be for resale purposes.

Item availability
The item availability is listed on the product details page. All colors and sizes available will be shown and available to add to the shopping bag. Colors and sizes that are unavailable will be grayed out.

Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site, occasionally we do sell out of certain products. If we are out of stock on an item that you've ordered, we will notify you via email. Any changes will be reflected in your order total as well as your shipping confirmation.

Do you have sizing information?
We try to include as much accurate sizing information for each product as possible. We have also added a size chart link to every product on the product detail page. Reference the size charts to help determine your size when ordering. Because sizing and cut will vary between brands, please use this chart as a general guide to compare the various size scales. If you are between sizes or need assistance selecting the proper size, please contact us.

How can I track my order?
Tracking information will be sent to customers within 48 working hours, due to the automatic system we currently have for sending tracked orders.

Please be aware that tracking information is only available for customers who purchase tracked delivery, the order page will otherwise stay updated with "We have received and processed your order", please be aware that non-tracked orders will be sent regardless of this status page as no tracking information is available to update this page.
